We are LamPei and Leearic, a creative duo based in the UK, originally from Hong Kong. We love eerie stories. Our work grows from a shared interest in supernatural tales, folklore and the darker sides of being human.

Doppel, the shadow self, comes from the idea of the double. We create tangible objects, but ineffable ones.

In 2025 we launched our first two sofubi figures: Pigtails Wendy and 3-headed cat Dahlia Neko, both from our original short stories. We work in small batches, releasing pieces slowly. Each character carries its own story, and often continues beyond the object itself.
